Get bone density checked by DXA scan. Don't rely on cheap BMD scans. And vitamin D3 deficiency. U can take capsules also. Nothing wrong in taking injection. But if you do not want pricks take cap. Uprise D3 60k once a week for 10 weeks. And then once monthly for 6 months. Along with calcium supplements.

Vitamin d2 is suitable for vegans, but vitamin d3 can be derived from an animal source or lichen. However, you should not worry about the source if it is a matter of right treatment and right nutrition. If still in doubt, you may discuss your health issue over a call to get a right and effective medical advice.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hello,
Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition?
Medication:
Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it.
Get back to me thereafter.
