If runny nose is not too bad, leave it alone. It should settle in few days. You can try giving saline nasal drops and steam inhalation.
If runny nose is troublesome use syrup sinarest AF 3 ml thrice daily for 5 days with saline drops to the nose if blocked. Give warm soups and plenty of water.

1.Do a complete blood examination like CBC, ESR, Mantoux test, X ray chest, Sputum examination for AFB.
2.Consult Chest physician with report. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily,
3.Avoid smoking if you smoke.
4.If all reports are normal, it could bedue to allergic bronchitis.do an allergy test after consulting Allergist/Immunologist and follow the advice

Take sinarest one tab 2 times a day for 3 days. Take honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for 5 days, do gargle, take steam. Drink warm water. It will help you.
