Asked for male, 16 years old from Lakhimpur Kheri

I am 16 years old and having pinched pain in my shoulders and numbness in my legs. I consulted with my near by doctor and he gave me three tablets: 1.armith-od (methylcobalamin, pyridoxine hcl and folic acid capsule) 2.serin-d (diclofenac potassium, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase tablets) 3.pra-nav (pregabalin and nortriptyline tablets) dosage directed- armith od 1 time serin-d 2 times a day pra-nav *1 time after taking all three medicines I feel very sleepy which prevents me from doing many works. Is this a side effect?

the tablet (pregabalin and nortriptyline) is causing the mentioned symptom. You should consult your doctor and he can either modify the dosage of prescribe you something else.

I am asking for my mother she is 67 years old and diagnosed with diabetics last 3 months since then her weight is reduced, pain in legs from knee to toe can't sit down and stand up properly. She is taking metformin 1000 mg tablet and gabamax gold with pregabalin, methylcobalamin. Somewhere sugar levels are reduced from 250 to 150 by medicine but doctor is unable to tell that why she can't walk stretch and sit up down properly after having medicine 3 months of dosage sometimes we felt that she is not suffering from diabetics and the problem is something else. Kindly light up this issue waiting for your sumptuous response.

Inability to stand or walk is not because of diabetes.
Kindly consult orthopaedic surgeon for knee and back or radiating pain below the knee.
Have at least x-ray of knee joint ap and lateral view.
And if necessary of back i.e. Lumbar spine ap and lateral. He can guide you for further treatment.

Metformin causes weight loss initially, so need not to worry. pain in legs can be because of osteoarthritis or osteoporosis, so you need to consult an orthopedic doctor.

Getting nose from my bone. mistakenly I bought macalvit (mistakenly bought) composition calcium glunoco galacto gluconate 1.18gm calcium lactobionate usp 260 mg cholecalciferol 100 lu calcm z (doctor advice) calcium citrate maleate 1250 mg calcitriol .25 mcg methylcobalamin 1500 mcg zinc 32 mg and gen d3 (doctor advice) cholecalciferol ip 60000iu please suggest your opinion I cannot return the medicine.

Macalvit is a good supplement.
Instead of the calcium tablet your doc has prescribed you can take this till you finish. As this contains very little d3 only you can continue rest of the tablets your doc has advised.

I am from india and 34 year male. I am suffering from left side nerve pressure in head and sometimes pain travelling from head to toe. I have anxiety symptoms sometimes and was taking clonazepam 0.25 mg at night for that. But had panic issue sometimes. Have got ct and mri done 4 months ago and it was normal. But I sometimes feel like my brain is very sensitive to anything and shock absorbing system is little weak. Just started pregabalin 75 plus methylcobalamin 750 for nerve pain and getting little relief. Pls suggest what is the issue behind.

Hello respected Doctors. I'm 18 week's pregnant and suffering from Shoulder joint pain | neck and shoulder pain since 1 year ago. I have gone to many Doctors some of them advice me to take (Paracetamol 500mg tablet) take two tablets three times aday for 1 month. And some other Doctors advise me to take (Methylcobalamin 500mg injection) for 12 days. And some other Doctors advice me to take (Pregabalin 100mg tablet) take one tablet at bed time. And some other Doctors advice me to take (Vitamin D3). So dear respected Doctors I have taken all these medicines but there is no effect on my shoulders and neck pain. Same like before there is alot of pain on my Shoulders neck and spinal cord. And when there is alot of pain on my Shoulders and neck I use sometimes INDIAN MOVE CREAM. When I use this Cream it gives me some relaxation I fell little bit good then before. But again after sometimes I fell my shoulders neck pain and I start Vomiting. Dear Doctors sir believe me I became fatup with this kind of problem so please plz please I need your help please help me for my this problem.
