It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. It's not fault in treatment by your doctor. I would suggest the support of ayurveda medicine as support to your current medicine. Both won't counteract with each other. 1st you need to understand hypertension.
Blood pressure keeps fluctuating in everyone depending upon our physical & psychological stress levels.(bp sabh mein upar neeche hote rehta hai. Stress mein jyada aur rest mein kam hota hai ).
Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90 & blood pressure keeps fluctuating in every one. In stress it rises & while resting it decreases. If it is constantly higher then 130/80 & does not decrease by resting it's then called hypertension.more
