Dear Lybrate-user,
escitalopram and clonazepam are standard treatment for anxiety and depression. If it is prescribed for you, you should take it for 2-3 weeks and report to the doctor again. Now that you are not taking it, please consult your doctor and if she/he prescribes, take it. How many time, will depend on your improvement and side effects.

Dear lybrate-user, petril is a benzodiazepine. It might be habit forming and hard to stop. It may be easy to stop for you at this young age. You can also learn other methods to manage your anxiety. Before it becomes habit forming, your psychiatrist is tapering it off. Please follow up with her/him.

When there is no apparent physical cause, one possibility is somatoform pain disorder, when the patient experiences the symptoms but a medical explanation is lacking. Such patients benefit from antidepressants and more importantly psychotherapy that will help them decrease the effect of pain on t...more

Dear lybrate-user,
the change in medicine often makes you uncomfortable for short duration. Gradually anxiety goes away afer 3-4 days. You can wait for few days till you feel better. Doctor might have changed medicine considering some points of your symptoms. I would not be able to solve your problem until I know all your problem in detail. If you have intolerable problem you can either consult me or other psychiatrist.
Else you can talk to your own psychiatrist for such complaints.

As per your weight in my opinion your zaptra dose needs to be optimised, kindly call your treating doctor for further advice.
And zapiz is unlikely to make you feel sad. Your baseline problem of anxiety once corrected with proper drug dosages you will feel better. Do not loose your heart you will be fine.
