Ayurveda is a very good treatment. Better to stop the present medicine. Along with ayurveda better to consult psychologist for overcome the problem of anxiety. It helps very much. Practice relaxation therapy and behaviour therapy. Psychological counselling is no side effects. Better to consult before ayurveda treatment. Take the advice of the psychologist. Then go for any medicinal help. Best of luck.
