As you are using Candid b and Panderm ointment, it's a fungal infection and not an allergy!

For fungal infection, take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2 weeks.

Avoid wearing any wet clothes, prefer cotton clothes, keep the area dry and clean. Never use others towels or clothes as well as don't share yours with others.

Shower immediately after athletic activities.
Don't scratch!

Let us consider the treatment of a fungal infection in the groin region i. e. around genitals.
