Hello.

As you are using Candid b and Panderm ointment, it's a fungal infection and not an allergy!

For fungal infection, take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2 weeks.

Avoid wearing any wet clothes, prefer cotton clothes, keep the area dry and clean. Never use others towels or clothes as well as don't share yours with others.

Let us consider the treatment of a fungal infection in the groin region i. e. around genitals.

Hello,
ringworm is caused by a fungus that grows on the skin. Once the fungus is established, it spreads out in rings. The centre of the ring may clear up, while a new ring of infection develops at the edge of the old ring.
Fungi are microscopic organisms that can live off the dead tissues of your skin, hair, and nails, much like a mushroom can grow on the bark of a tree.

It occurs in both male and female genital organs. In females, it collects around the clitoris and in males, smegma can collect under the foreskin. There is no evidence that smegma causes penile cancer, but its presence over a long period of time may irritate and inflame the penis, which may increase the ...more

Hello are you diabetic?
There are many homeopathic medicines which give great relief in balanitis / balanoposthitis / infected head of penis. Good hygiene can prevent most cases of balanitis. During bathing, the foreskin should be retracted to adequately clean and dry the area beneath it.
I need detailed case history to find out cause and treat accordingly. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.
