Hello! If the bleeding is very severe take Inj Tranexa 1 g right away. If not Tab Trapic with ethamsylate 2 tablets three times a day is the maximum dose. You can take upto 5 days and slowly taper and decrease the dose as per your bleeding. Do check your hemoglobin levels if this is happening constantly and make sure you do not have any contraindications to taking trapic that is conditions which increase risk of clotting. You may consult privately for more information.

The actions of all these medicines are at different steps of coagulation cascade. So the doctor decides according to the need of patient and his liver status, platelets counts, aptt level, inr ratio, prothrombin time etc. So a fixed combination cannot be given to every patient. The mefenamic acid and trenexa combination is used when spasmodic pain of smooth muscles is associated with bleeding eg. Menstrual bleeding with pain. U can consult me online privately for further questions.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun.
For more details you can consult online.
