propranolol is most probably responsible maintaining your depression , clonazepam is taking care of anxiety.

You can start breathing or relaxation exercises with imagery.
Antidepressants should be added with clonazepam. Routine investigation and ECG has to be done, to make it sure it is not caused by anything else or there is no comorbidity along with.

Most likely you are exhibiting symptoms of cervical spondylosis or hyperuricemia. Anxiety symptoms might be as part of maladaptive adjustement to stress caused due to these symptoms or part of separate comorbid psychiatric condition. Zolpidem and clonazepam are not to be taken for long. Olimelt as you say can cause weight gain. There are ways to counter this or alternates which give sleep on long run without causing harm. Consult a psychiatrist and seek remedy. Good luck.

It is more likely that your friend has sustained some nerve damage which supplies to eyes which is preventing him/her from blinking the eyes. For this you may consult a neuro-ophthalmologist in your vicinity for further management depending upon the power eyelid muscles. But as such there is no surgery for regain blinking movement of eye.
