No it can't as it is as Clonil 25 MG Tablet is an antidepressant which is used in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and not for premature ejaculation. Your doctor has prescribed it may be due to your depressive state of mind. Its better to consult a good Ayurveda sexologist. OCD is a long term disorder and you need to continue the medications as per psychiatrist advise and do not stop on your own obsessive behavior and compulsive masturbation can recur. All the best.

This is most likely related to your anxiety. Get relaxed and try counseling by sex counselor as often change in technique helps a lot, without need of further drugs.
