You have received a short stent. If one year is over, generally better to reduce antiplatelet medicines from 2 to one. Since your age is 45, even if you take double antiplatelet for longer not much risk of bleeding, so you can do it either by gradually reducing, or suddenly stopping one of the two blood thinners.

Yes you can go for angiography. Now -a-days, it can be done through radial artery so risk of hematoma/ pseudo aneurysm is lesser as compared to femoral route especially when you are taking anti platelets/ blood thinners.

You need not have taken the clopilet at 11 and if you miss one dose you can take it at the time of next dose ( no need to repeat ) . You can take it at 9 or 10 or anytime you find fine
