But there are combination medications like ecospirin gold ( can be used as replacement for clopilet+rozavel f ). Prolomet is an blood pressure medicine which can be reduced only if your blood pressure is under good control. Jerk in nerves indicate neuropathy-- means nerve damage. It is a complication of diabetes. I would recommend you to get nerve conduction study of your legs and revert back.
