Assuming he doesn't have hypertension, and a neurologist has been consulted - the best treatment would be to go upto maximum permissible dose of the medicine (s) he had most relief with. If not, kindly refer to a neurologist for further evaluation.

It is unlikely due to nexito or clonazepam, but anxiety itself causes frequent urination which nexito does not control, there are better alternatives which act on anxiety as well as control the excessive urination. Consult an astute psychiatrist online or in person for the same. Good luck.

It is a good decision to taper off clonazepam. If you have started taking it for relief from anxiety, please practice few relaxation techniques. In that way, you can keep your anxiety to an optimum level to function properly.

Clonazepam is prescribed only if necessary. Try to avoid the combination. But if the anxiety is affecting the quality of life, please take both. There is no interaction between the two.
