Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.

Since You are a heart patient, it is advisable for you to take medications that have least effect on the heart. Paroxetine is a SSRI, which is considered to very safe for heart patients. Hello lybrate-user. I do not find any problem in that but would have been better had you discussed this issue with your trwating physician. What you can do is first stop thinking about it. Go to bed relaxed and only when you feel sleepy. Do not 'try' to sleep but let sleep come to you.in case you have problem you can take clonazepam on as-and-when required basis. Best luck thanks.

Take this medicine Zapiz in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zapiz 0.5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

The medicines that you have mentioned consists of two salts, an anti depressant Escitalopram and a sedative Clonazepam. Youu haven't mentioned how long you have been taking this tablet. If it has been more than two weeks, had I been your psychiatrist I would have considered increase in dose of the antidepres...more
