Nothing to worry, you can apply a non- comedogenic moisturizer 3-4 times a day and use gentle skin cleanser for facewash.

Hello lybrate-user,
as per my understanding, your skin is too sensitive and lemon acidic nature create dryness in your lip. So avoid using any irritant without proper guidence. Personally I suggest you to let your lip heal by itself if in any case after 15-20 days condition is as it is then only go for any medication. Just apply virgin coconut oil on your lip to avoid further dryness and crack.

Yes dandruff always leads to hairloss and even greying. Using anti dandruff for long time does cause dryness and hence leads to hairloss. Start proper oiling and anti hair fall shampoo to get rid of it. Maybe need to take few supplements as well if hairloss will not be controlled.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. It enhances immune system and neem oil is an antiseptic in itself. Leaf extracts are used in antiseptics and can be effectively used in treating skin diseases. It destroys fungus and bacteria and is best for almost all kinds of skin diseases including redness of skin and itching.
