Don't know think about leaving the medicine on your own. Go back to the psychiatrist who had prescribed you the medication. It is recommended not to take any psychiatric medication during pregnancy. Opt for psychotherapy instead.

Some drugs have that effect. It is temporary and gets back to normal once you stop the medication. You can skip the medication and may become normal the next day. After sexual intercourse, you can take your medicine. Skipping very often will not allow the drug to act properly. In that case you may need a change of drug. Best.
