Yes it can..see all meds target both positive and negative symptoms..respinse in terms of positive symptoms is better for all of them.Among meds sizopin and amisant are better than others.If you really want to improve negative symptoms you need more than meds and then also some deficits will always remain..Your new combination is fine but remember the combination of amisant and sizopin is among the best for negative symptoms.In the end goal is to take as few meds as possible..

Thank you very much for taking interest in knowing what your relative is going through. This is a serious mental illness with frequent relapses. So it needs long term treatment to keep the illness under control. For some persons it is life long.
