Hello, The above creams contain hydroquinone and steroid which work well for short time but should not be used for long term. You can use creams which contain kojic acid, vit c, niacinamide like Melaglow. But the most important is to constantly use sunscreen during and after treatment to maintain the results.

Lobate gm or clonate: both contain superpotent topical steroid - clobetasol propionate 0.05 percent, unsupervised application of which will lead to atrophy (skin thinning) which is a permanent side effect. Alopecia areata is a relapsing, remitting disease. For proper treatment, and prevention of relapses some oral medications can be started. I would advise you to consult a qualified dermatologist in person who can guide you best treatment after proper evaluation.
