Can you please give more details as to four what you're talking clonazepam.
It is usually not advisable to increase dosages of such drugs like clonazepam as they have an impact on your brain. Whether you're taking it for seizures or as an anti-anxiety drug you should never alter the dose without your doctors advice.
Please consult your doctor who prescribed the medicine. If it is a single isolated incident I guess it's all right. But my sincere request and advice to you is to not repeat ...more

Dear Narendra,
Since how long you are taking Concor amlo? If it has not caused depression all these days, it my not be a side effect of Concor.
In persons suffering from hypertension and lipid disturbances (cholesterol), vascular depression is common. Apart from treating these medical illnesses, you need to be treated for depression also to improve your quality of life.
It is OK to take rivotril and fludac, if it is prescribed for you. Probably you can stop rivotril in 15 days. But n...more

Sir, I strongly recommend that you take him for counseling too. The combination of medication with therapy will definitely help in recovering from this condition and eventually stopping the medication. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen) and expecting too much out of yourself. In your case, your obesity is more dangerous than any medication, so do not worry about clonam. Also, your worries are part of anxiety disorder - no need to work on every thought. Keep taking the medications as your disorder will cause more harm than medications. If you are very concerned, consult a psychiatrist who is available near you.

Rivotril is clonazepam a benzodiazepine which relieves anxiety symptoms but doesn't act on the cause of reduced serotonin, which causes anxiety. Also benzodiazepines are harmful on a longer run. So consult a psychiatrist and switch to ssri or snri group of medications gradually weaning you of the benzodiazepines would be the ideal treatment. Good luck.

Dear lybrate-user, clonazepam is habit forming and over time it starts to lose its efficacy. Meaning, in the beginning, a 0.25 mg dose would put you to sleep, over a period of time, you will find difficulty sleeping at same dose. Now that you have completed 3 years with clonazepam, I would suggest you to try to find an alternative before stopping it. There are several herbal medicines available that help in sleep management. You may consult me for that.
