Hi and thanks for question. Many times depression leads to decrease sex desire. Along with antidepressant medicine also have sexual side effect. I will suggest you stop serta and start vilazodone which improve your depression symptoms and does not affect your sexual life. Stop taking petril beta only take petril alone.

Hi lybrate-user. I understand your worry about the possibility of this side effect. But antidepressants cause erectile dysfunction will be very gross and generalised statement. Though sertraline, the drug you r taking, has a risk of sexual dysfunction in some patients, it is not as common as you think and you need not worry about it as if it happens, it is not irreversible. You must not stop it all of a sudden though. Its a common side effect of the drug. Its called rebound anxiety. Do visit a psychiatrist for proper medications.
