Treatment of anxiety consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. Sometimes, stopping lorazepam can cause rebound Anxiety. It had to be done gradually. Please do not stop the medication without consulting your psychiatrist.

The fact that you have been taking anti anxiety drugs for more than 10 years and still suffer from migraine, anxiety and depression, means your problems are more due to your personality factors than physical causes. Dear, Kindly go to the psychiatrist you visiting for your complaints. Who gave you the prescription to use lonazep 0.25 since 2 years. You might be feeling some vertigo but your doctor will clarify you whether its a symptom due to medication usage or is it a vertigo. If possible visit an Ent doctor too. Get well soon.

Depression is a very common problem. There are so ever so many much worse than u. Yours is a little problem no need to worry. Stop smoking and alcohol have regular exercise like walking swimming cycling jogging with friends for one hour holidays once in a week dailyyoga, scheduling activities hobbies social service take fish and vegetables exercise one hour daily
