You can get over this disorder if you combine therapy with medication. Medication alone will not resolve this condition. In counseling, you will learn skills, tools, and techniques to cope with the rituals and especially to deal with the fear. You are on too many medications. Well try to find out with your own Psychiatrist what he wishes to prescribe. Weight control can be achieved by reduction of Clomipramine,hopefully and Try Topiramate to control weight.

Hi, These are the right medications. Side effects can be Clomipramine: constipation, dry mouth, difficulty urinating, sedation, postural giddiness.
Prodep and Xet: delayed ejaculation and decreased libido if used for a few years.
