Hi, please stop using clobetasol cream since it is a steroid and not appropriate treatment for fungal infection. Use micogel at night for a few weeks instead and see a doctor if there is no satisfactory response.

This gel helps in treating fungal infection of scalp. It does not contain any regrowth factors foe hair,
if you have fungal infection you can continue this gel. And for regrowth of hair you have to take some nutrition also. Which can help your hair to be get thick in quality. And could grow back.

Yes, you definitely can. Most zinc preperation come in low dose and even by mistake if you take little excess of it, usually it get washed off from body.
Just a side note, only zinc & multivitamins will not improve your acne. Take proper treatment for acne according to your type of skin and severity of acne.

Zinc is trace element required in our body.
Taking it without indications can cause problems.
Better take proper homoeopathic treatment if there are any issues.
Avoid taking any medicine unwanted.
