Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the information given. However, it is not clear. The number 11.2 is what? Is it hba1c%? If so it is too high, suggesting your blood glucose is not at all in control. Secondly none of the tablets mentioned seem to be for treating diabetes. Have checked fasting & after food glucose levels? If not please get those tested. If fasting glucose is equal to or above 126 mg & after food glucose is equal to & above 200 mg, then & hba1c% equal to or above 6.5% y...more

You should notice change after 4 to 6 weeks but full recovery may take months. After recovery you should continue to take medicines till your psychiatrist advises you to stop. Very commonly it is seen that patients stop treatment after remission and subsequently they relapse. These medicines are safe for long term use. Good luck.

Perhaps I have to repeat myself: don't ever self-medicate. These doses that you are taking and changing frequently must be approved or prescribed by the psychiatrist for your own safety and to gain the full benefits of the medicines. Clonil is an excellent prescription but you must adhere to the doctor's prescription. Ocd is a fear-based condition and for some reason, you have not been dealing with a childhood fear which has now developed into these repetitive adaptations to seem to need it for ...more

If your diagnosis of ocd is correct then you can taper off and omit tab mirtazapine, aripiprazole and dulouxetine. Continue rest of treatment.

Dear Suresh,
Your are lucky to improve with clomipramine 25 mg. How long you need to take it - depends on the diagnosis, duration of disorder, your medical condition, your coping styles, support systems, etc. Usually in severe OCD, the treatment continues for years.
