take the following treatment -

1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner.

Does your endoscopy test positive for h.pylori infection. Confirm your diagnosis. Your symptoms indicative of regurgitation due to lax lower esophageal sphincter or hiatus hernia. Your endoscopy will help with the diagnosis. If manometry and 24 hour ph manometry indicative of hiatus hernia with regurgitation. You should not take these 2 antibiotics together and not need to take 2 oral antibiotics together in acne treatment. You can take one antibiotic in cream form and other can take oral tablets and for oily skin you should apply tretinoin/adapalene cream/gel. But you should take all these under doctors guidance because doctor will decide what type acne you have, what severity, what drug and what duration are best for you.

H pylori usually causes gastritis and ulceration. In most cases, taking antacids helps with the symptoms. Long term unhealed ulcers may shape up to become cancerous. Having an endoscopy done and if required a biopsy is not harmful.
