Clofert 25 will not help. Usual dose is 50-100. If you take it, there is need of doing tvs to see if you are responding to this medicine and also to see whether there is excessive response (ohss), which sometimes may become very serious. Therefore, please take it only after prescription pf the doctor and in the correct dose.

Clofert is started on Day 3 to Day 7 (5 days) of your menstrual cycle, and it will be followed by follicular monitoring from Day 9 to look for the growth of egg. It can be taken at any time during the day. Husbands medicines are to be taken for at least 3 months. But if husbands report is not good, why would any one start medicines for you now. Your medicines and follicular monitoring to be started only after completion of 3 months course of your husband.
