Clofert tablet from day 2 of periods for 5 days. Yes you can take. You should do a follicular monitoring scan from day 9 every alternate days. Till the size of follicle is above 18 mm.

If you have crossed more than 30 days from your previous date of cycle, you can wait for a week and then do urine pregnancy test in case you not yet started having periods.

The pms symptoms also looks like pregnancy so if you have skipped the cycle do a urine pregnancy test if it is negative then you can wait for at least 10 days from the expected date of period moreover from next month onwards tried to take clomiphene citrate tablet only if you are willing to do follicle study which is a better option otherwise there can be chance of irregular ovarian cyst forming without our knowledge.
