Use kz cream twice daily. Fungal infection. Also called jock itch, when occurs in groin. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply candid powder in the affected area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one

Yes dandruff always leads to hairloss and even greying. Using anti dandruff for long time does cause dryness and hence leads to hairloss. Start proper oiling and anti hair fall shampoo to get rid of it. Maybe need to take few supplements as well if hairloss will not be controlled.
