Hello, I am not very much convinced that you have complex partial seizures, the granuloma though in temporal region can induce seizures but the sequence is not suggestive at all according to the information you have posted. You can try a video eeg to further investigate the cause for same.

Dear Ram,
The problem you are facing is being treated as Epiulepsy. you may have to furnish more details about he nature of episode you are having, in view of the existing lesion in temporal lobe i would like to consider Epilepsy as the main disorder and will like to increase the medication to correct dosage. If the episodes are not controlled with clobazam and Lacosam it may be worthwhile changing to other anti epileptic medicine under supervision.

No relation. Seizure due to high fever only may be there which usually subsides by 6 yrs. Do not worry for that. But give prophylaxis clobazam as your child specialist gave for short duration. But get done one EEG (electro encephalo gram) to rule our seizure disorder for which prolonged medication needed. Do not worry about the surgery.

But do try to maintain a healthy lifestyle as you would normally...more

The medication you are on is good for depression with anxiety. Please don't change your dosage or stop medicines without the doctor's approval. You must combine medication with therapy. This is extremely important for your anxiety and depression. Life is full of problems as a norm. Any attempts to escape will never help: you must learn to face these problems every day with good success. The counselor will help you in this regard. I also strongly believe that every crisis offers an opportunity fo...more
