Hi lybrate-user!
depending on the symptoms and history ,you seem to be suffering from hormonal imbalance. Usually in females, pcod or thyroid problems can cause acne in jaw and chin area. Hi. Benzoyl peroxide creamy wash is good in tackling pimples on the back. An azelaic acid based cream may be used to tackle the dark spots after a thorough consultation with the dermatologist.
