drez v gel 30gm is used to treat vaginal infections, such as bacterial vaginosis (bv), candidiasis and trichomoniasis. It consists of 'clindamycin' (antibiotic) and 'clotrimazole' (antifungal). Clindamycin is an antibiotic drug and works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, which inhibits bacterial growth.
Since it is not a lube and definitely not a neutral one, it is not healthy for the sperms and may cause issues in natural conception.

Only 1% of this drug will be secreted to the breast milk. It won't produce any effect on baby, and that too for only 3 nights. Forget about it and relax.

In general, using a topical medication (like zyclin nano gel) and a vaginal suppository (like clingen forte) shouldn't directly interfere with each other because they are applied in different areas and are intended for different types of treatment. However, both contain clindamycin, so it's important to consider the total amount of this antibiotic being used.

Do NOT squeeze pimples.
Stop shaving for a while.
Soak in a warm tub or take a shower and let the warm water spray your pubic area.
Pat the skin (don't rub) with a soft towel or use a hair dryer on the low or cool setting.
