Ink clexane and tab ecosporin should be stopped at 36 weeks of pregnancy ,in case of emergency both should be stopped at least 12 hrs before emergency caesarian or delivery.

Hello. Any history of previous vte (venous thromboembolism) or dvt is considered to be high risk and low molecular weight heparin (clexane) should be continued for at least 6 weeks after delivery.

I hope you are taking this anticoagulant injection regularly on the advice and follow up of a doctor and not increasing it on your own . The swelling at the injection site is not a real problem and make sure it is not pus forming
