To prevent pimples, eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided.

Dear lybrate-user, there are some causes for acne (pimples):-excess production of oil, excessive hormonal activity, diet,and stress.
Effective treatment available for pimples.
You can use salicylic acid based face wash. Wash your face 2 times a day and you can apply benzoyl peroxide based cream on your face at night time with noncomedogenic moisturizer some care. And day time you can use clindamycin based gel. Drink lemon water once day.

Hello
You need to stop applying harsh or oil based cosmetics on the face. Use non comedogenic products or non soap cleansers. Keep applying clindamycin gel twice daily and retino- a gel at night. Avoids going out in sun or applying oil in hair.
