Yes you can but if you have many pimples from long time then it might be of limited use. Most importantly because lately there is rampant resistance of pimple causing bacteria to clindamycin (present in clear gel).

Black /Brown spots and marks are very common after the continuous eruptions of acne. These scars can be faded or removed spontaneously with time but in few persons it can be matter of unease. Scars and marks can be removed by chemical peels and and microdermabrasion which can be done fortnightly and usually 6-8 sittings will clear the face.For acne, you need to take oral medications along with topical application.
