Uric acid has got no relevance with this pain. Actually uric acid cause joint pain esp. Feet, toe,ankle, knee or wrist.
Not such radicular pain.
This is probably neuralgic pain.
Go for MRI of Lumbar Spine or take a trial course of medicines.

I do not prescribe antibiotics unless absolutely necessary.
CRP is very non specific and is evidence of infection or inflammation.
But one should interpret CRP only against clinical background.

"as" per your clinical history is concerned do take this medication as suggested by your doctor and there is no harm at all for her age. Do take it twice a day for 7 days. Add probiotics (vizylac caps) twice a day, do warm saline gargle every 3 hours for throat discomfort.
