Once you are proven to have Coronary Artery Disease and have undergone stenting then you need these medications lifelong. You are only on a small dose of statin and I would suggest you continue that. You are on two blood thinners currently which could be cut down to a single agent. Please get a review from Cardiologist.

Hello lybrate-user. It is the preventive dose. And yes there is always a risk of having side effects like bleeding. But there is more risk of having heart attack and next time it will be fatal. So considering the higher risk it is prescribed. Reading something on internet is good for knowledge but it does not give you right to doubt the judgement of the doctor.
