He had 6 th nerve palsy. Cause is unclear, any headache?
Because if there is any headache and 6 th nerve palsy means ther is increased pressure inside the brain- so if MRI is normal you have to doe the fluid analysis from the brain- CSF study.
If he is improving it is better, or get admitted under neurology and get the CSF study done.
Current treatment as such is OK,

Glad to hear that you are concerned about your Granny's health. The complaints of passing black stools suggests that she is having bleeding from the stomach or upper intestine; unless she is taking oral iron tablets. Given the history that she is taking ecosprin and clopidogrel, which are blood thinners and prone to cause stomach ulcers, it is a high possibility. You must get her evaluated as early as possible. Regards. Take Care.

Many factors cause erectile dysfunction. Like psychological issues, diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid abnormalities, etc.
Amlodipine (amlodac) rarely causes erectile dysfunction (it happens in 1-2%).
Your condition needs detailed history and evaluation. Consult an Urologist.

As of now it seems to be okay and medication needs to be taken for a pretty long time and once a year get your heart status checked with your cardiologist.
