You should not take these 2 antibiotics together and not need to take 2 oral antibiotics together in acne treatment. You can take one antibiotic in cream form and other can take oral tablets and for oily skin you should apply tretinoin/adapalene cream/gel. But you should take all these under doctors guidance because doctor will decide what type acne you have, what severity, what drug and what duration are best for you.

My mother is a 75 year old, heart and diabetic patient as she is also suffering from gout she is taking omnacortil 5 mg from last 20-30 yrs. From a month, my mom is suffering from undiagnosed disease first week medicated for viral doctors suggested for couple of test from cbc to typhoid. [ ] in the initial typhoid report (widal slide test) says • salmonella typhi 'o'_ 1: 60 • salmonella typhi 'h'_ absent • salmonella paratyphi 'ah'_ no agglutination • salmonella paratyphi 'bh'_no agglutination in second test • typhi dot igm-negative in between of all this she was having chronic cervical pain. We consulted orthopedic. He prescribed • acenac-mtr twice after food • enzo mac -thrice before food (we did stopped omnacortil for a while) 3rd week no improvement in her condition and joint pains were unbearable. She was constantly feeling nauseated and hardly eat anything so we didn't give one dose. Post that she almost freeze couldn't able to move her knees. So orthopedic prescribed ultracet twice fifth week there was slight improvement but too much weakness and was down with cold and cough. We consulted another doctor and after couple of test (x-ray, cbc) report says • (right paracardiac haziness s/o pneumonitis. Medicine prescribed • montair • prospan • claribid 250 _twice a day • lanol-er _ twice a day • abflo_ twice a day there was an improvement after a week but there was drowsiness weakness swelling of feet and pain. 4th week after consulting physician he changed medicine as her coughing is over lesuride od 75-once in a day lcin 250 -twice a day lanol-ea twice a day supradyn- once a day but she completely lost appetite and so many medicines without food didn't felt right we stopped it for two days and she started eating. We again consulted physician thinking she is fine, but again she started coughing weakness. It looks like never ending illness. We are worried as we still not clear is it pneumonia/respiratory infection or not and how long she will take to recover need suggestions, my mom is really old and seeing her suffering is painful.
