Hello thanks for sharing information. Dear after starting treatment how much improvement is there. If it has been 10 days flatter treatment then you need to revisit your doctor for any signs of progression of disease.

You should not take these 2 antibiotics together and not need to take 2 oral antibiotics together in acne treatment. You can take one antibiotic in cream form and other can take oral tablets and for oily skin you should apply tretinoin/adapalene cream/gel. But you should take all these under doctors guidance because doctor will decide what type acne you have, what severity, what drug and what duration are best for you.
