From description it appears if she is heading towards dehydration which is more serious condition than fever n cough at the moment. Not digesting water n Watery stool shall precipitate dehydration early. Get her admited in hospital since she may require IV drip to prevent dehydration. Cough and fever shall also be looked after there. Too much medicine may some time do bad rather good.

If you care for your child then never give any medication without consulting a doctor... Every time same Medicine are no useful...
According to the symptoms it changes.. the dose varies...the duration also...
So better Consult and take proper treatment...
