My daughter 2 years n 9 months old drunk a water kept in an open tumbler in which a mosquito fell. Will it cause malaria r dengue or anything Dr? She is already having cold n taking medicine like claribid n will b continuing it for next 10 days. I'm very much worried. Pls help me clear this worry.

I hv sinus nose blockage complete Took claribid 250 and itraconazole both twice daily but with no positive result. Now blood is coming along with nasal secretion. I hv opted for augmentin duo 625 and cheston cold total. Is it going to ease my sinus issue. Pl suggest and help me out.

It would be best if you could get a cbc esr & ultrasound of abdomen (empty stomach).

Which diagnose lefi lingula lobe dense infiltration with few fibrous bands and bronchitis few mediastinal nodes. What is this meaning. I am in tense. Please sugest.

Health Query

I delivered my 2nd baby one month ago via c section. Now from few days I have hard painful lump in my right breast. Dr. Said its milk abcess. He give antibiotic claribid 250 for 10 days and told if it not cure then it have to be cut and remove. But 2 days after taking antibiotic there is no improvement. I still have pain. So is it possible to treat abcess with medicine or it need surgery? Should I wait for complete the dose of antibiotic or do surgery? Pls suggest.

Again after staying one week in hospital she was discharged with following treatment:- 1/ Lasix 40mg - 3 times a day. 2/ Adalactone 50mg - 1 a day. 3/ Geminor M1 - 1/2 tab twice a day. 4/ Pan D - twice a day. 5/ Thyronorm 100 - once a day. 6/ Planep - once a day. 7/ Cordonone 200mg - twice a day. 8/ Ceftum 250 - thrice a day 9/ Clarimin 250 - once a day 10/ Darolac - thrice a day 11/ Mucimac 600 - twice a day Apart from above she is nebulised thrice a day with Levolin. I wish to know, is the treatment going on is correct or too much medicines are given? If any other important medicine can be added for early recovery from brain infarct? Can LVEF be improved from 20%? How many more years she can survive with all these ailments?
