I have severe back acne and I consulted near by doctor, doctor gave me tablets, spray and cream even after using there is no major change and I still see acne marks in first spell I used 1. Azrithomycin & lactic acid bacillus tablet 250 mg: morning 2. Control inflammation sebum acne, kiwi seed extract: afternoon 3. Clindamycin phosphate topical solution spray: morning 4. Clindamycin and adapalene gel: night 2nd spell 1. clarithromycin tablets: morning and afternoon 2.clindamycin phosphate topical solution spray: morning 3. Clindamycin and adapalene gel: night please let me know should I repeat medicine or should I change.

I recently had bloating in my stomach went to the hospital a blood test was carried out I was told I had hpylorie. I was give antibiotics clarithromycin 500 mg lansoprazole 30 mg. Flagyl. I got relieve but a few days I was able to go to toilet and poo but now it’s so difficult to poo and I noticed blood in my stool I stopped the medication immediately. Pooing is hard but when it comes no more blood but I just don’t feel too good. And the fact that is so difficult to poo is worrisome I don’t know what to eat and not what to eat I really need my bowel movement back. I have a headache.

Hello there, This is Nasrat, 29 years old, I`m suffering form depression since last four years while I have last my beloved brother. So, I took different kinds of medications such as fluoxetine 20 mg, escitalopram 10 mg, paroxetine 10 mg, mirtazapine USP 15 mg, venlafaxine Hcl 75 mg, Lithium carbonate B.P. 400 mg etc. But still I have the same problem, difficulty in thinking (poor concentration, poor memory), excessive feel of guilt, loss of interest in most activities, sleep disturbances, decreased energy or tiredness, feeling of low self confidence, feeling of hopelessness, decrease in activity, excessive or inappropriate worries, anticipation of the worst, thoughts of suicide. Besides, I have premature ejaculation and no sexual desire. So, I`m really disappointed. Are there any solution for my problems? Its mentionable that when I was in Japan, I took Lorazepam (0, 5 mg), Brotizlolam (0, 25 mg), Trazodone (25 mg), Suvorexant (20 mg), Escitalopram (10 mg), Lansoprazole (15 mg) for 8 months, with those medications I felt very well, but unfortunately, when I returned to my country, there were no those medications available, and my depression attacked me again. So, dear doctors Please please please recommend me what to do? I`m not interested to live in this world but, I`m the only person to support my big family. At the same time, I took (Clarithromycin 500 mg, Amoxicillin 1000 mg 14 days), (Lansoprazole 30 mg 3 months) for positive h pylori but did not work. Again, I took (Clarithromycin 500 mg, metronidazole, Amoxicillin 1000 mg 14 days), (esomeprazole 40 mg 3 months) for positive h pylori but still I have the same issue. Dear lybrate-user,
You need a proper diagnosis before going in for treatment. If h pylori is confirmed, it needs active treatment. Premature ejaculation and loss of sexual desire also needs to be diagnosed and treated. At Japan, you were treated with Lorazepam (available in India). Instead of brotizolam, you can try etizolam available in India. Trazodone available in India. Suvorexant is another mild hypnotic. Starting mid april, I had on and off coughing. On 5th may I had x-ray done and doctor mentioned lrti right lung/chest. After taking medicine and 2nd x-ray on 20th may was fine. Pulmunologist suggested to take medicine for a another 3 weeks (allegra m & abphyllin-sr). After 3 weeks I still have slight coughing issue and chest congestion and sometime sore throat. There is constant urge to clear throat. I do steam inhalation mostly twice a day. During steam coughing increase and brings white frothy phlegm. Wheezing is there too (but better then before). Normal cough also produces white jelly phlegm and sometimes little black specks or spot. I don't have breathing issue or fever. But confession and coughing irritates. Also covid test came negative twice on 6th may and 3rd june. I noticed after taking antibiotics for 3-5 days it reduces and but comes back. Initially I took variant on amoxcilin, clarithromycin and it was better for few days. After moxinov also it was better for few days.

History suggests obstructive lung disease like bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, with respiratory tract infection. Blood count will help to suspect infection needing proper antibiotics for long duration. Sputum culture and afb test also helps. If everything normal you need very aggressive medication of long duration from pulmonologist. Regular periodic follow up necessary age not mentioned. Your overweight also adds to problem.

I am suffering from anxiety and fear that I am having some serious disease. It all started from the vertigo attack which happened 6 months back. Always in a state of anxiety and fear. Though I feel hungry but do not feel like eating. Not able to eat or sleep properly. Now advice me whomever should I visit or what should I do. I am 23 year old female. I was suffering from cold and heaviness in the face for a month back in february. On consulting an ent, I learned that I had acute sinusitis. He prescribed me tab sultamicillin, tab lukotas, and mytiflam and multivitamin jupishine. I started experiencing the same symptoms like is cold, nasal congestion, feeling heaviness of face and mild headache in the morning starting from mid may which was triggered on consuming cold water, ice cream during summer it was relieved for a while on taking steam, applying vicks. I also took otc drug like tab febrex plus. But it didn’t give any relief. Please help me with the treatment.

My son fifteen year old has brown spots appeared internal over left wrist and left under arm. There is no itching etc. The said spots got checked from local doctor who said it skin infection n given six tablets (the name we don't know as we thrown d empty strip n Dr. didn't give us prescription slip) one cream "MONOCLAR CLARITHROMYCIN Gel 1%w/w for application twice a day n one soap. We didn't notice any relief n again visited d same Dr. stated to b skin specialist he again gave capable twice a day named" SentiVin-L" one cream for morning named Glosig skin whitening cream n for night "Mometasone Cream IP Mova for ten days. Pl advice what is d disease n some one suggested us that Dr. gives steroid for most of patients n I also thought y didn't Dr. give prescription slip n just give one registration card which neither show type of disease nor medicine prescription. Some one also suggested to apply mustard oil for few days. Pl advice what it is n how it can b cured. I ll feel thankful if couple of opinions pour in. The problem is spot only though not very dark n no pain no irritation.

I am 36 years old male suffering from anxiety related symptoms where stomach bloats up under stress Also have chronic abdomen cramping, constipation and gas. 45 days ago had an h pylori diagnosis (after endoscopy which revealed mild chronic gastritis) . Completed triple therapy (amoxicillin, clarithromycin, omeprazole). However feeling severe bloating and chest pressure (becomes more acute under work stress and anxiety) , constipation and cramping. Did a course of Xifaxan , 40 % relief from bloating and cramp severity after taking Xifaxan but still getting severe bloating and occasional nausea. Currently on 1. Nexium once in morning 2. Homeopathy - Lycopodium when uncomfortable Gal bladder has 2 stones (9 mm, 6 mm) and has partial distention. But no pain at all (doctor said it is not an issue at this stage) ECG ,Liver enzymes , creatine - normal / no hepatitis detected in bloodwork/, triglycerides little high Doctor said it is anxiety and prescribed Ativan but I do not want to get myself hooked on to anxiety medications (due to dependence) Is there any alternative therapy/investigations.
