Dear lybrateuser,
- Do steam inhalation twice a day
- instill two drops of normal saline solution in each nostril twice a day
- avoid exposure to cold weather, dust or smoke
- do an x- ray paranasal sinus to rule out nasal septum problem or a polyp or sinusitis
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables & protein foods to boost your immunity, also have plenty of oral fluids for proper hydration.
