Pimples on face are due to hormonal changes which is a natural process or may also be due to exposure to pollution or use of products that may not be suiting your skin type. Resort to healthy eating habits along with use of herbal products. And avoid too much exposure to pollution or sun. Apply a paste of turmeric powder and milk and gram flour 2-3 times a week.
