Please stop this self treatment. You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. Hi. Clobetasol is never advised in ringworm infection and on long term use it will just damage your skin. Initially it reduces itching and rashes due to its antiinflammatory effect but can never kill the fungus. So there wil be persistence of fungal infection with more number of lesions. Visit nearest dermatolgist in person if possible or online .thanks.

Hello lybrate-user. Since you are suffering from itching in vagina, it is most probably due to fungal infection. First use canesten cream and if doesn't subside with that, consult a gyn before using lobate cream (as it contains steroid). Some general measures to be followed are
- wear cotton and loose underwear - don't repeatedly wash your private parts. Instead use a toilet paper/tissue.
- don't keep the area moist.
- drink plenty of water.
- check your sugar levels.
