Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night

U need to take amla juice and alovera juice,,take ginger juice in the morning,take lemon n honey in the morning,,avoid fatty food,,take food in every 3-4 hrs interval,,wake up early and go for walking or jogging,,take nuts daily,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment , few tips on diet - say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar and say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk , can eat brown bread , can eat sprout’s , can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal and to avoid farsan food items and can eat fruits and say no to coconut water

Very good question. The key to gastro intestinal health is good diet and exercise. And water
Please have healthy diet habits with lots of fruit and veggies with balanced carbs and proteins in your diet. Nothing should be in excess. Ensure proper hydration by drinking lots of water. Exercise daily.
