You can take citralka it will benefit you but will the stone be dissolved or come out with it is questionable. Drink plenty of fluid daily around 4-5litres.

Continue this medicine for 3-6 months. Repeat usg abdomen after 3-6 months and if the size increases or you start having any problems then get them removed endoscopically by a urologist.

Citralka is used for urinary problems not vaginal problems, itching can be due to mild infection which should subside just clean with plain water and use some anti fungal anti bacterial ointment.

It seems you have urine infection or cystitis. Get urine examination for routine and culture.
Meanwhile drink plenty of fluids, can continue with citralka and urispas. A course of antibiotic can be started but only after giving the urine for examination.
