Hi,
Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation:
- Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food.
- Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday.
- Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning.
- Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily.

You are perhaps suffering from a condition called as phobia which basically means that you are uncomfortable visiting public places. There can also be other undisclosed issues which needs to be discussed. However in the mean time you can continue using the same medicine and feel better. If you have not started using feliz-s 10 as your doctor has suggested, kindly start using that medication as it may be able to help you. We understand your frustration regarding medications and believe that they can help you in the future if you are able to cope with stress during the daytime much better and also sleep better at night (both quality and quantity-wise).
