If you wanna decrease the dose, you should start exercising daily. Like real rigorous physical exercise. The endorphins released out of it will help you feel better and you can eventually decrease the dose.
Although, taking Feliz S plus for years and decades doesn't produce much of problems except Sexual Dysfunctions.

Dear Nina,
Thank you Nina for taking care of your friend. Serotonin syndrome is a rare side effect. However at the age of 74 years, it is better to go slowly to higher doses. Stop venizep and citadep. Let her continue with mirtaz, lonazep and sizodon ls for 2 more weeks before other antidepressants are added. But let her get her medical check ups done for puffiness of face and slurring of speech. It might not be serotonin syndrome, it may hormonal like hypothyroid or a neurological condition...more

Was the doctor a psychiatrist, if so kindly take at 5 mg for first 2 weeks then make it 10 mg, after consulting a psychiatrist. 10 mg is too high a dose to start immediately, and the effects are due to medication, but they would stop on reducing or stopping, so ask her not to worry. Good luck.

Have regular meals and keep yourself hydrated. It might seem not important but sometimes being in a rush for deadline will cause you to forget your meals and making you irritated, nervous or anxious. When you feel irritable or anxious, check the time. It might be just your low blood sugar and your body needs to feed. Being dehydrated also can cause migraine. So keep a water bottle by your side and take a sip regularly. It is also a good way to take a break. (See also: Foods for Anxiety and Stres...more
